Colbert Bombs

HE AINT FUNNY FOLKS

Comedy Central pundit Stephen Colbert was the guest comedian at the Press Correspondence dinner in Washington over the weekend, and the guy was horrible. He was on for about a half an hour but it seemed like an eternity.

He had to go on after the president who was great, standing next to an impersonator who was really funny. But poor Colbert had about two funny jokes in his entire set. He spent the majority of this time just bashing the president, and he didnt even get a laugh out of many of the media, who dont even like Bush.

I personally dont like Colbert or his dumb show. The act he puts on is extremely annoying and unentertaining. His performance Saturday night just solidifies how stupid his schtick is. I hope they pick someone better next year.
