The really funny thing about what Ray Nagin said about the "chocolate" city was afterwards, when he was trying to back-pedal. A reporter asks him about his comment and he says to the reporter, "You don't know anything about chocolate do you? Do you know what you do with chocolate? You take dark chocolate and mix it with white milk--and you get a delicious drink."
That may not have been what he said verbatim, but that's basically what he said, I saw a clip of it.
